Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Authaz, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these terms.
Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing Law
